This adobe was built prior to 1850 by the Parra family, who were among the first wave of Mexican immigrants to San Juan Capistrano, California.
I've driven past this adobe to and from work for the past five years and made my first stop this morning. The Parra Adobe is one of maybe six remaining adobes in San Juan Capistrano.
